  • Inflow of new customers Our client says that after deploying the Norde app for reservations, they are getting more business. The business manager says that “this hike in online table reservations is around 50% more in addition to the normal on-call or walk-in bookings.”
  • Better inventory management Having an advanced reservation list helps the hotel management to better manage their inventory. There is a better consumer experience every time as the restaurant staff doesn’t have to worry about their inventory anymore, as they stay updated about the week’s reservation schedule and guest list.
  • Managing a guest database When a guest reserves a table with the restaurant, the app automatically syncs the contact details if they had booked with them earlier. The staff doesn’t require to enter the details manually every time.

With the help of this application, our client has gained complete authority to allot a table or deny via the app at the time of the reservation itself, saving precious time and money for both parties. The client conveys that any last-minute changes can now be synced across all the devices, and doesn’t require manual elaboration very often. The staff can now be given instructions for large gatherings or special events in advance, much earlier than the actual time when it’s going to happen.
